Applications today have started a new marketing strategy.
To gain maximum media attention and to test one's patience in getting a simple code just to use their app.
I don't see the point in doing so because, it might be a beta version but what is the point in registering first and then waiting a few days, for them to send the code. A person's mentality ...the moment he gets the code, he will be so happy that he will post screenshots that he got the code in every social media possible. Hence the app earning more attention and more downloads.
Themer an app which was similar to buzz launcher made it's way into every social media possible.
Some people have waited for 5 days just to use that app.
Themer is an app which allows the user to customize the homescreen just by a tap.
Aviate is another app to follow themer's marketing strategy.
Aviate is an intelligent homescreem available in playstore in it's beta version.
It's just a launcher.
My question is why does it need a code?
Don't you think it's a bit too much?
People today use battery saver app thinking it saves battery life. Don't u think such "intelligent" homescreen will drain battery life.
Keep it simple.
And remember
"You are your own battery saver not an app"
